Training Programme Outline

Why do they need this training?

Thavaru PCT has already established an impressive programme of projects and services in the local area, However, the latest economical and social development has strongly oriented their work towards babies, and elderly people. This evolution has led to extremely urgent need for the staff to establish best hygienic and medical practices when handling such fragile patients.

Who would fit this role?

In order to succeed in this assignment, the ideal volunteer should have extended experience as a nurse, midwife or doctor, or within the pediatric & geriatric care field. As per the fragile environment, those children are in, it is necessary to have knowledge in social care and be able to provide advice to parents and families, with extreme regards to the local context.

This opportunity is open to pairs & couples

Thavaru are happy to accommodate two people and are open to two volunteers delivering the training.
